We are thrilled to have Sune join our team as Head of Customer Success! We asked him a few questions to get to know him better.
Since 2005, I have been working in the Market & Competitive Intelligence industry in a variety of different roles. My first job was building search queries for media- and market monitoring, and after thousands of search queries, I began selling the solutions. I have been a sales manager, product owner, commercial manager, COO, and consultant across Scandinavian and International projects and companies, and I consider myself a seasoned market & competitive professional.
In my capacity as Head of Customer Success, my primary role is to cater for all new and current customers, ensuring that our software and services bring value to them. Our customer success team will ensure professional management of all projects, and we aim to elevate our customer relationship to a new level. We have just extended our team to 5 colleagues and I will do my best to manage all internal as well as external expectations.
I’ve been trying to beat Comintelli for the last 10 years or so representing international competitors in direct competition with Intelligence2day® and the Comintelli sales team… If you can’t beat them, join them.
I am most excited about creating a center of excellence when it comes to Customer Success. Overall, I know I will be working with very skilled and hard-working colleagues. I am very much looking forward to becoming a part of the team.

But when it comes down to business, we still need the right information at the right time… which is what we are trying to provide today.
