Comintelli Welcomes Tiffany Donner To The Team

We are thrilled to officially welcome Tiffany Donner to Comintelli’s Sales Team! We caught up with her for a few minutes to chat.

Tell us about your career so far…

I began my career in software development in Florida where I was also drawn to sales and people. I worked hard in my early years to become a National Sales Director in the finance industry. A few years later in 2006, I started a career in SaaS sales where I established myself as a team leader. For the last 9 years, whilst living in Sweden, I have been a consultant working with a variety of integrated SaaS companies all over the world.

Now, I look forward to learning more about Comintelli’s customers, products and providing the best service possible.

What is included in your Account Executive role at Comintelli?

In short, my core role is to determine incoming clients’ needs by developing a deep understanding of their business and presenting a demo of our solution as well as an offer.

What were you most excited about when coming to work at Comintelli?

At first, it was the SaaS platform itself – I was so intrigued by its capabilities and how important intelligence is for companies to stay ahead today. But I was also excited about the solid reputation Comintelli has in the market. Then, after meeting the team and seeing how genuine they are and how much they care about their customers, I was even more excited to join. If I had to say one thing… it would the whole package, but really how dedicated the team is to helping their customers have the best experience using the platform.

What do you believe is the biggest challenge in CI at the moment?

There is too much information. Most users find they are not getting the right intelligence which leads them not to use the intelligence they get. This in turn makes it hard to get everyone on board and using CI. That is what I love about Intelligence2day. Its cutting edge technology can be customized to ensure stakeholders get the information they need.

What do you think differentiates Comintelli and Intelligence2day® from other tools and platforms in CI?

The team really cares about their customers’ needs and what they are trying to accomplish. The Comintelli team is also continually looking to the future to see what they need to do to keep their customers competitive in the market space.

What does being future-proof mean to you?
