As you may have heard, Comintelli has acquired Knowledge360® from Cipher.
It’s an exciting time for all of us, and especially so for Cipher’s Knowledge360® customers who are now part of the Comintelli family. A warm welcome to all of you! We can’t wait to get to know each business and its representatives better over the next few weeks.
Just like with any big change, questions are bound to pop up. We sat down with Jesper Martell, Co-founder and CEO of Comintelli, to find out more. Here’s what he had to say.
Jesper: Both Cipher and Comintelli are among the pioneers of Market and Competitive Intelligence software, and the way we think conceptually about competitive intelligence is very similar. Both companies focus on efficacy and efficiency to deliver the maximum value in Strategic Intelligence solutions. Acquiring Knowledge360® made sense because of these shared values and approaches.
Jesper: Firstly, we are very excited to welcome Knowledge360® customers to the Comintelli family. We are sure you will find an Intelligence home with us and that the relationship will last for a long time.
Current Knowledge360® customers will be transitioned to Comintelli’s Intelligence2day® platform which provides virtually everything you had on Knowledge360® plus the features of Intelligence2day®.
Comintelli, with the assistance of Cipher, will work with each customer to migrate their data and services to the Intelligence2day® platform. Every business will also receive the necessary education so that you can use Intelligence2day® confidently.
Jesper: The Comintelli and Cipher teams are committed to creating a seamless transition from Knowledge360® to Intelligence2day®. We will start the transition process immediately to ensure everything runs smoothly.
As a first step, we will be meeting with every Knowledge360® customer individually to discuss the process and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to complete the transfer before 31st March, after which time Knowledge360® will no longer be supported.
Jesper: Comintelli is a software company that has been providing competitive intelligence software — called Intelligence2day®. Founded in 1999 and has been serving multinational customers like AkzoNobel, Bayer, and Exxon Mobile and Sika, who have thousands of users in total.
Intelligence2day® is an award-winning platform and insight engine that helps customers make faster and more confident decisions. It is the ideal solution for businesses operating in industries characterized by rapid change, strong regulations, and a high need for innovation.
Jesper: Besides being an award-winning platform, Intelligence2day® focuses on what our customers need and want when it comes to intelligence. Listening to our customers is a top priority for us since it helps us improve our competitive intelligence software platform to fit our customer’s evolving business needs.
Each year, our high customer satisfaction and success ratings are something we take great pride in. Comintelli uses Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a metric by asking respondents to rate the likelihood that they would recommend Intelligence2day® to someone else. In 2021, Intelligence2day® received a high NPS of 45 compared to the industry benchmark NPS score of 30 for B2B software and SaaS companies. It shows that our customers love us and want to work with us.
Jesper: Contact us. We don’t want any Knowledge360® customers (or any of our customers, for that matter) to be uncertain about anything. Feel free to contact Christian Bjersér, CEO of our US company Comintelli Inc (christian.bjerser@comintelli.com) if you have any questions or concerns
Also, key personnel from Cipher will most likely remain with Comintelli to support customers.
We look forward to working with all of you!
